Eligibility
AddrGenie is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union, as required by GDPR). By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to block access to any user or entity that we reasonably believe is violating these prohibitions, without notice or liability.
Nature of Generated Data
All address data generated by AddrGenie is entirely synthetic and fictional. It is algorithmically produced to be plausible in format and structure but does not represent any real person, household, business, or physical location. You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

Generated addresses are not verified, validated, or associated with any actual postal record. They may not be deliverable and should never be used as real mailing addresses in production environments involving real users or customers.
🎯 For Testing Purposes Only
Generated data is intended for testing, development, prototyping, and educational use only. Using generated addresses in live production systems, real financial transactions, or official documents is done entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
⚡ No Accuracy Guarantee
While AddrGenie strives to generate structurally accurate addresses that follow country-specific formatting conventions, we make no warranty that the output will pass every real-world address validation check or satisfy specific API requirements.
Third-Party Services
AddrGenie's address generation functionality is powered in part by the Random User API (randomuser.me), an independent third-party service. Our website also uses third-party infrastructure including but not limited to WordPress, Elementor, and web hosting and analytics providers.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services through or in connection with AddrGenie is subject to their own respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies independently.
Links to external websites on addrgenie.com (including blog references and tool suggestions) do not constitute endorsement of those sites or their content.
Intellectual Property
All original content on addrgenie.com — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logo, blog articles, copy, and code — is the intellectual property of AddrGenie and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

In no event shall AddrGenie's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service exceed zero dollars ($0), given that AddrGenie is provided free of charge with no paid subscription or contractual obligation.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AddrGenie and its operators, contributors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Service Availability & Modifications

We are not obligated to maintain the free nature of the service indefinitely. Should a paid tier or monetisation model ever be introduced, existing users will be notified in advance.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

⚖️ Jurisdiction
